We are a cafe, restaurant, we roast our own plantation coffee on site. Our coffee, Ruby Harvest, is a gourmet quality coffee that is hand picked. At the WHIGHT and Co outlet at Shangri La Mall patrons will have the opportunity to create their own signature roasting profile when purchasing coffee. This will be a highlight for coffee aficionados. The cafe will display an easy casual menu of Western, Lankan and Asian influence offering breakfast, burgers, wraps, light meals, desserts, cakes and juices, signature coffee drinks and shakes.
